In this episode of the podcast I chat with the accomplished Irish Ice Swimmer Ger Kennedy who gives an illuminating insight into what exactly ice swimming is and how his passion for the sport has seen him travel the globe, pushing his body to the limit. He has recently become the first male worldwide to complete the Seven Ice Swims.
